K.C. Golfinopoulos is one of the founders and owners of Urban Living STL. A licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Missouri and the Managing Broker for Urban Living STL, a K.C. has been a licensed realtor for 6 years, whose main goal is to continue residential development of the Cherokee District and surrounding areas. By focusing strictly on South City, K.C. and his team are able to provide the necessary attention to this section of the City to provide the most beneficial stability possible. Working with building owners, city officials, other local developers, and contractors, K.C. is proud to be a part of pushing Cherokee Street and South City to its fullest potential.

Harrison Bohn is one of the founders and owners of Urban Living STL. Harrison serves as the Operations Director for our company, which includes risk management, and property oversight. Harrison’s experience in real estate development and company management allows him to evaluate how our business can run better each day and create an environment that is both fun and rewarding to be a part of.
